RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy for damaged items and wrong orders only which means that you will have 7 days after receiving the product to return it if it's damaged or wrong.

We are working on incorporating a more flexible return policy that includes a wider range of conditions for return of items including size, fitting, and more. For the time being, we are doing our best to provide all details possible to reflect a clear description of all of our items on the website. We apologize for any inconvenience and we promise we will be working to serve you better as we scale up our business. 

 

DAMAGES & ISSUES

When the order is received, please take due consideration in reviewing it. Items that are damaged need to be reported within 48 hours of delivery to community@mqaaar.com. If not, then the item will be non-refundable. In the case of a wrong order, we will evaluate the issue and correct it accordingly.

Please note, once an item is returned and MQAAAR finds it unacceptable for refund, the customer will be notified. If the customer wants to have the product back, they will need to pay the shipment fees again or place a new order and have their original item delivered along with their new order.

Items purchased on Sale or via gift cards cannot be returned.

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, contact us at community@mqaaar.com using the following steps:

1. Title e-mail subject with: Return Request: Order ("Insert Order Number").

2. Provide reason for return: Damaged Items or Wrong Order.

3. Provide Contact & Address Information.

4. Provide Preferred Pick-up Date & Time.

Once we receive the email, we will review the return request and schedule a pick-up time.

REFUNDS POLICY

We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returns to let you know if the refund has been approved or not. You will be automatically refunded your original payment within 10 business days if approved. Please remember that it may take time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refunds.

If the items have been paid for with Cash On Delivery (COD), then these will be refunded in store credit only. In other conditions, refund will depend on the condition of the product.
