Shipping policy

Delivery times for orders within Palestine is estimated between 3 to 5 days. Delivery times for international orders are estimated between 7 to 10 days.

Orders may face unexpected delays at times of unusual circumstances within the brand’s base country (Palestine). The customer will be notified in advance should there be any delays of that sort. Rest assured, we will do our best to deliver orders within the regular delivery timeframe even in unusual circumstances.

Shipping will be operated through Aramex services that provide real-time tracking updates for packages on their website. Pick-up time can then be scheduled on the website.
